 RiverWind Saddle & Tack is a family owned business based on a lifelong passion for horses. As a horse owner for forty years, with experience in showing, breeding, training, and most of all, riding for enjoyment, I can provide you with the equipment that will allow you and your horse to ride and move in comfort. Our favorite activity with our horses is trail riding and camping, and the products we sell are those that we use ourselves. As any of the above, you are concerned about the health, the care and feeding, and the performance or behavior of your horse. Most horse owners realize that a horse must be in good health, sound condition and well-trained in order to perform to the best of their ability. However, most people are unaware of how an ill-fitting saddle can hinder the natural movement of the horse, or how the resulting discomfort can affect the behavior of the horse. Saddling Basics The patented orthopedic flexible-panel saddle has revolutionized saddlery, as we know it, by bending and flexing with the horse; allowing real freedom of movement.  We carry American-Flex saddles suitable for all the various disciplines of riding. In addition to the saddles, we stock a selection of well-made tack and accessories, both quality name brand and of exclusive design, displayed here and in our store.
