SHIPPING INFORMATION

Normal Delivery:
United Parcel Service and Federal Express DO NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes. Be sure to provide a street address unless you require shipment by the US Postal Service. Orders will normally ship within 48 hours of receipt. Expect delivery in 7-10 business days. Custom saddle and accessory items require additional time.

BACKORDERS
|
| Any item not in stock will automatically be backordered for a maximum of 60 days. You may cancel a backorder at any time. Out of stock items not expected within 60 days will be deleted from your order and invoice, and we will advise you when it becomes available. If you prefer, you may specify NO BACKORDERS and/or NO SUBSTITUTIONS on your original order. |

RETURN POLICY
|
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any item returned beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
- All returns must be accompanied by invoice sales receipt with all manufacturer’s tags and labels intact.
- Any item returned in a “used” condition will not be accepted.
- No returns on bits. For health reasons, we are unable to accept used saddle blankets or pads; please try your blanket over a clean sheet. If it does not fit, we will be happy to provide and exchange, credit, or refund upon the return of the clean blanket or pad.
- RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Call 507-380-5278 or email rwsaddle@email.toast.net for RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE returning any items. Any returns made with RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will not be accepted.
- For saddle returns, refer to SADDLE ORDERS**.
- Shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.

SADDLE ORDERS
|
- To order a saddle, you must call 507-380-5278 or email rwsaddle@email.toast.net so that your order can be customized for you and your horse’s needs.
- Additional charges may apply for tooling, pads, rear flank cinch, girth, seat or horn size or style, stirrups, extra padded seat, etc., depending on the saddle model. Contact us for exact price.
- Due to fluctuations of the manufacturer’s production costs and/or the USD exchange rate, the saddles may vary in the base pricing.
- **Trial period on saddles will be 10 days (unless other terms are negotiated). Any saddle returned in a used condition will be assessed 25%. Any saddle that is returned beyond the period stated in the terms of the invoice (usually 10 days) will be assessed 15% restocking fee. Any item returned beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

This Privacy Policy describes how we used the information collected about you and how you can impact our use of your information. Our information collection policy is simple: We collect only the information needed to provide you the products and services that you request in the best way that we can. When you make a purchase, we collect the infor-mation that you provide such as your name, address, phone number, email, order detail and payment method.

We also add your information to our customer database, so you may receive periodic mailings or emails from us about new products and services or special promotions. When you shop on our website, be assured that the transaction is secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) an advanced encryption technology. We use this technology on any pages that request personal information. A solid key or locked padlock symbol in the lower portion of your browser window shows that you are in this “secure mode”. If you do not see this symbol below pages that request sensitive information, please call 507-380-5278 to complete your order.
